Our Journey Through the Layers of Time
2022
Cannoli The Bakery began its journey in 2022 with a passion for bringing authentic, delicious baked goods to our community. Though the bakery itself is young, it stands on the strong foundation of over 45 years of experience in the food industry.
2023
In 2023, Cannoli The Bakery explored the franchise model and started Cannoli Bakery and Gourmet Store, to offer premium food items like snacks, chocolates along with our wide range of bakery products.
2024
In 2024, we added new machinery of brands such as Pritul, Sinmag to deliver best bakery products as per the standards and extended the production capacity to 1 tonday.
2025
2025 Cannoli The Bakery is successfully running since 3 years and is one of the most promising bakery brands in the town. New innovations, delivering quality products are part of Cannoli culture which is being practiced everyday.

Producing premium bakery products requires intensive investment in the machinery used. At Cannoli, we have invested in state of the art machinery such as Rotary Ovens, Deck Ovens, Spiral Mixers, Planetary Mixers, Dough Sheeters, Bread Slicers. These machinery come from the renowned brands like Sinmag and Pritul.
